***IMMIEDATE START – MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT FOR LOCAL COMMUTE***

Workshop Recruitment are looking for an experienced carpenter to work in the Portsmouth area for one of our clients who support Social Housing contracts in the Portsmouth to Havant area.

Your main duties will be to undertake responsive, routine and void repairs

The work will include; fitting of doors, skirting, first and second fixing, kitchen installations – more remedial works then build.

You will use own vehicle to attend local visits so must have appropriate vehicle

Qualifications Required:

• NVQ preferred
• CSCS Card preferred

• Experienced in domestic properties

• Excellent material knowledge
