Workshop Recruitment are looking for an experienced handyman, our client is a professional established building company offering services covering all aspects of the building sector. They are looking for a handyman who is willing to chip in across all aspects of the job. You need to have a have a positive attitude and be a proactive worker this is essential. Someone who can be set tasks by the site team and left to complete them without constant input needed.

Responsibilities:

• Carpentry
• Responsible for the external site cleanliness, material storage and loading for trades
• Given charge to sort the external site and maintain
• Happy to lead a small team
• General Labouring
• Good organisation skills
• Site lighting set up and maintenance
• Fire point maintenance
• Assisting all other trades when are where required
• Site welfare upkeep

Key Skills:

• Must have a full UK driving license – Essential
• Must have your own set of tools to carry out roles needed - Essential
• CSCS Card
• Physically fit/able for tasks required
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Work on your own / team
• Good work ethic
• Completing tasks to a high standard
