Are you an experienced Bricklayer with strong skills in setting out, building pillars, and constructing high-quality garden walls?
Workshop Recruitment is advertising on behalf of a well-established construction company seeking a skilled and reliable Bricklayer for a prestigious high-end residential project in Rudgwick, Horsham. This is a two-week contract for an experienced Bricklayer who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and maintaining professional standards on site.
The successful Bricklayer will be confident working independently, producing high-quality finishes, and carrying out all aspects of bricklaying to exacting standards. This opportunity would suit a well-presented Bricklayer with extensive experience in high-end residential projects and live in good travelling distance of Horsham.
Duties
Set out works accurately from drawings and site instructions
Construct high-quality brick and block garden walls
Build brick pillars to specification and finish
Carry out all aspects of bricklaying works
Ensure work is completed to a high standard of craftsmanship
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area
Liaise with site management and other trades as required
Follow all site health and safety procedures
Skills & Knowledge Required
Proven experience as a Bricklayer
Confident building brick pillars and garden walls
Strong setting out experience
Ability to carry out all aspects of bricklaying
Experience working on high-end residential projects
Excellent attention to detail and quality finishes
Well presented, professional and reliable
Able to provide two satisfactory work references
Experience especially with Garden walls and Pillars
Benefits
Weekly pay
Full-time hours (7:30am–4:30pm)
Paid for 8 hours per day
Start date 22nd June
Two weeks' work
References Required
2 x recent employer or site manager references
References must be contactable and able to confirm bricklaying experience and workmanship
