Job Description

Our client is seeking a conscientious and enthusiastic Multi trader with a can-do attitude and flexible approach with excellent customer service skills, presentable, as you will be working with high end clients, working in stately homes, manor houses, heritage buildings, across Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, sometimes. You must have relevant qualifications and broad commercial and domestic experience in the multi sector, with additional experience and capability to complete tasks outside their core competency, think outside the box. You must maintain a professional appearance and attitude and be always polite and courteous, must have DBS, or have no criminal / spent convections as a DBS will be carried out if successful. The work will be refurbishments, and re-active maintenance in the type of establishments mentioned. Must have own van and tools for trial period, company vehicle will be supplied with fuel card once trial period complete, whilst using own transport fuel will be supplemented, must take pride in your work, this will be a self-employed position. Due to the type of establishments, you will be working in, you will be required to have your own liability insurance for up to 1 million.

Knowledge required:

• To demonstrate all types of trades to a high and professional standard
• Have strong knowledge of building materials, and use

Qualifications required:

• NVQ or equivalent within the trade
• CSCS card
• First aid, or willing

Experience

• 5 yrs. plus experience of working in the Building trade
• Clean driving license
