Multi Trader – Maintenance Are you an experienced Multi Trader with strong skills across kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating? Do you take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service?
Workshop Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established maintenance contractor working on a social housing contract within the Havant area. The role involves reactive and planned maintenance across occupied and void properties in the local area within the social housing sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader who is confident working independently, managing their own workload and delivering a high standard of workmanship within the Havant area.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance within social housing properties
- Complete kitchen and bathroom repairs and maintenance
- Full kitchen & Bathroom installs
- Undertake carpentry and general building repairs
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs and installations
- Complete painting, decorating and tiling works
- Maintain high standards of workmanship across all jobs
- Provide professional customer service to residents
- Manage daily workloads effectively and work independently
- Internal & Exterior Repairs
- General building works
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Proven experience working as a Multi Trader within maintenance or social housing preferred
- Strong skills across kitchens, bathrooms, carpentry and general repairs
- Competent plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, professional and well organised
- Two work references required
- DBS check will be carried out if successful
- Live with a 20 mile radius of Havant
