Our client is looking for a plumber / multi trader who wants to work in a fast-paced environment within the social housing sector in Basingstoke, you will also be asked to work within the Reading, Newbury, Guildford areas, fuel is supplemented, and you maybe asked to travel to Portsmouth areas sometimes. You will be responsible for providing a first-class repair, maintenance and planned works service to their customers from using your plumbing skills. You will be carrying out plumbing works on various domestic and commercial properties within their property portfolio, re-active maintenance, must have own van and tools, IT skills as use of PDA, tiling skills essential.

Plumbing Activities
Repairs to domestic plumbing installations, including sealant
Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal
Drainage - clearing blockages and general repairs
Installation of sundry items such as taps & siphons
Traps and waste pipe renewal
Locate fault and carry out general repairs to plastic or copper pipe
Drainage renewal e.g soil and vent pipes
Installation of kitchen sinks
Installation and repairing water mains supplies, heating system pipe work and drainage taps
Installation of new pipe work (copper, speed fit, waste & service valves)
Installation or replacement sanitary ware and baths, shower trays and level decks and associated equipment
Vented and un-vented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative)
Bathroom installations
Tiling Activities
Remove surface and prepare area ready for tiling
Applying grouting
Fixing ceramic tiles - basic - splashbacks and baths
Fixing ceramic tiles - advanced - cutting around windows and corner beads
