Experienced Multi-Traders Required – North Hampshire – 12 Week Contract

We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Traders to work on a social housing contract across the North Hampshire area, Basingstoke, Farnborough, Farnham, and surrounding for a 12-week period. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled, reliable tradespeople who take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining professional standards on occupied and void properties, must have excellent customer service, a good work ethic, clean driving license, you will be using your own van and tools, fuel is supplemented 35p per mile.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for full kitchen and bathroom rip-outs and installations, carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, tiling, along with reactive maintenance tasks within all sectors. The role requires a strong all-rounder who can confidently complete works from start to finish, must live within the Basingstoke, Farnborough, Farnham area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full removal and installation of kitchens and bathrooms
• Plumbing works (1st & 2nd fix)
• Wall and floor tiling
• Painting and decorating
• Carpentry repairs, 1st / 2nd fix
• Reactive maintenance within all sectors
• Working in both occupied and void social housing properties

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader
• Proven experience within all sectors of building
• Ability to complete full installations independently
• Own tools and van (essential)
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Hard-working, reliable and presentable
• Social housing experience advantageous (but not essential)
• Must be able to provide 2 recent references
• Must live in the Basingstoke, Farnborough, Farnham
