Happy International Day of Happiness!

20th March marks International Day of Happiness. A day designated by the UN to focus on happiness as a fundamental human goal. Across the globe the United Nations invites everyone to join in the celebration of the International Day of Happiness to promote the happiness and well-being of all.

It is also the first day of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, those lighter evenings and bright summer days are on their way.

Let’s take a moment today to consider what makes us happy, spend some time doing the things we love and spreading kindness and positivity.
