S – Situation
Set the scene. What’s the context?
“At my last job, we were launching a new product under a tight deadline.”

T – Task
What was your role or responsibility?
“I was responsible for coordinating the marketing rollout across three regions.”

A – Action
What did you do? What steps did you take?
“I created a timeline, aligned the teams, and ran weekly check-ins to keep everything on track.”

R – Result
What was the outcome? Try to use data if possible.
“We launched on time, exceeded our sign-up target by 30%, and the campaign won internal recognition.”
