Turn Blue Monday into Brew Monday!
Brew Monday is on the third Monday in January, and it’s all about connection, wellbeing, and having real conversations, a gentle antidote to what is commonly known as Blue Monday.
The mental health charity The Samaritans encourages us to grab a cuppa and catch up with people we care about, whether that’s in person or virtually. Sharing a brew is a simple way to check in, support each other, and feel less isolated.
