Talk Money Week

Date: 6th November 2023
Author: Abbi King

6th-10th November marks Talk Money Week, an opportunity for everyone to open up the conversation around money and continue this year-round.

Research shows there are many benefits for people who talk about money and regularly evaluate their financial health. Some of these are:

  • Taking less risk and making better financial decisions
  • Having stronger personal relationships
  • Instilling good money habits into their children and future generations
  • More control of their mental health, less stress and anxiety

The theme of this year’s Talk Money Week is ‘Do One Thing.’ Everyone is encouraged to do one thing this week that could improve their financial well-being. This could be evaluating your current circumstances and outgoings. Are you earning enough to afford your desired lifestyle? Are there progression opportunities available to you in your current job role? These conversations can help you make decisions to improve your future.

If, as a result of these conversations you feel you may be ready to start a new role, or are looking to step up to the next level in your career, we are on hand to help. With vacancies across many different sectors and at all levels of responsibility, we have a range of opportunities available.
