It gives us great pleasure to announce the promotions of Clare Sayers and Kerry Carter to Divisional Managers of their respective divisions.

Clare has worked in just about every area of the business in her 30 years with Workshop Recruitment but has excelled within the manufacturing division over the last 5 years or so. Taking on more and more responsibility over the past few years and becoming integral to the service we provide our clients and managing some key relationships. Clare is also one of Workshop’s Mental Health Responders so always provides a listening ear to colleagues in the office. We congratulate Clare on her promotion, it is so well deserved, if you work with Clare you will know!

Kerry has helped the commercial division thrive since her arrival in 2017 and has been consistently excellent with her billings. Kerry has 13 years recruitment experience and wealth of knowledge dealing with candidates and clients and has continuously provided a first class service to both. Kerry is always there to offer advice to her colleagues and that support never goes unnoticed.

So pleased for both, and we are delighted to recognise their contributions to Workshop Recruitment over the years with these promotions.

In addition to the above, Abbi King will be taking on some more responsibilities by supporting Rachel with marketing and content. Abbi has got the back end payroll and admin down to fine art and this has given her time to take on a little bit more work, she has quickly proven to have the creativity and flair to produce some cracking work so we welcome her input into our business development and marketing team.
