Workshop’s Engineering Consultant, Aaron Heywood, is the winner of this month’s award. Aaron’s hard work and excellent collaborative skills both internally and with candidates and clients has lead to some excellent results in April.

Director Colin Walker commented “in only his second full month, Aaron has achieved a truly remarkable set of billings which he should be exceptionally proud of, an excellent start to his recruitment career with Workshop - long may it continue.”

Our highly commended employee was our Branch Administrator, Lin Turner. Lin has been instrumental in ensuring payrolls and branch admin is up to date during a working month where there were 3 bank holidays and on top of this working just a 4 day week herself (a 3 day week when there is a bank holiday Monday!). In addition, Lin is always on hand to support individual consultants with anything they need to get their job done.
