I started at the Workshop as a YTS when I was 16 years old, I have had various positions including payroll, admin and as a Consultant.

What do you do at your company?

Recruit temporary and permanent staff into manufacturing, warehouse and engineering positions.

What are your credentials/past experience that led to you being here?

Working here for 30 years.

What do you like about working at your company?

The people I work with make it a fun and enjoyable environment to work in.

What are the values that drive you?

Hard work, loyalty and the drive to do a good job.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Socialising with friends over a meal a few drinks.
