Monday 17^th- Sunday 23^rd June marks Learning Disability Week 2024. A week dedicated to ensuring the world hears what life is like if you have a learning disability. It is a time to educate ourselves, show understanding and make changes to support those that need it.

This years theme ‘Do you see me?’ is about challenging the barriers people with learning disabilities face every day, whether that is in the workplace, throughout their education or in general day to day life.

At Workshop Recruitment we are advocates for considering individuals needs and adapting the way we work in order to help those that need additional support. This week we encourage everyone to consider their practices and ways they can help their workforce to learn the way they need to, and feel confident at work.
