Kerry Carter has worked in recruitment for twelve years (nearly five of those with Workshop Recruitment) explains why she still has the same passion for the role as she did when she first started.

‘Working in recruitment, no two days are ever the same. Plans are changed all the time and even when you think things are certain to happen, they don’t – I could write a book! I love how we help people find their dream role, a start in a career, a change in direction or find the diamond candidate that a company has been searching for.
However, I think the thing I love most about my job is how great it is to be able to talk to people at different stages in life and being able to offer help and support in a process that can often be seen as extremely daunting.’
