Thursday 11^th January marks International Parity at Work Day, a day dedicated to highlighting the importance of equality and diversity in the workplace.

This day serves as a reminder to organisations and individuals globally to ensure everyone has an inclusive working environment, where regardless of gender, age, race, ethnicity or any other characteristic they have the opportunity to succeed and are fairly paid for the work they do.
