International Parity at Work Day

Today, January 11th, marks International Parity at Work Day. This important global day of action is there to recognise and promote equitable pay, regardless of a person’s race, country of origin, gender, or sexual orientation.

At the heart of our business are people. Globally, women earn 84% of what men earn on average. People of colour, immigrants, and the L.G.B.T.Q. community continue to suffer horrible discrimination.

Today, on this International Parity at Work Day, we celebrate diverse workplaces.
