It’s International Men’s Health Week from June 12th-18th and this year the focus is on the implications of technology on men’s health.
Whilst smartphones and laptops are now part of our everyday lives, it’s always important to switch off and have time away from them to avoid feelings of burn-out and stress.
Workshop are advocates of a healthy work life balance and encourage taking time out to do the things you enjoy.
