20^th May is International HR Day. A day dedicated to recognising the contributions of our HR professionals who manage, develop and support the most valuable part of any organisation; its people.

The role of HR professionals has dramatically changed over the years, no longer just a function for the hiring and firing of staff, but a team of individuals dedicated to employee development, diversity and inclusion and employee wellbeing. These employees are also a key part of change management within organisations, guiding them through technological, structural and cultural transitions whilst maintaining productivity.
