18th September marks International Equal Pay Day. A time to open up the conversation around the disparities that exist across the world, and to support changes to ensure equal pay for all.

In todays ever changing world, the topic of gender pay equality is often at the forefront of people’s minds, especially when considering career moves, promotions and job changes.

  • Are the day-to-day tasks the same for each employee regardless of gender?
  • Are the skillset, experience and qualifications of each individual comparable?

Collectively everyone can play their part in closing the gender pay gap and promoting fairness in the workplace. We encourage everyone to evaluate and discuss their own circumstances and seek to challenge outdated stereotypes where needed, in the hope that equal pay becomes a reality for all.
