5th – 11th February is National Apprenticeship Week, the UK’s national event celebrating apprenticeships and their contributions to our workforce.
Apprenticeships can be used as a way to bridge the gap between education and the workplace and significantly contribute to the development of a highly skilled workforce.
This week we are celebrating our own apprentice Bradley Landing.
Bradley initially joined us last summer to help out with some temporary work. He fit into the team quickly and it was evident that he had the drive and potential to excel in the recruitment industry.
As a result, we approached him to explore whether an apprenticeship was of interest to him moving forward.
Fast forward to 2024 and Bradley has spent the first few months of his apprenticeship working on our busy Construction desk with great success. He has made placements with some of our biggest clients in the division – all whilst receiving excellent feedback for his coursework.
This week he joins our Manufacturing and Engineering division to further develop his skills.
Well done for all your hard work Bradley – we look forward to celebrating your achievements moving forward.
