2nd April marks Autism Awareness Day and the start of Autism Acceptance Week 2024.

Autistic people often face discrimination and barriers across various aspects of their lives including in the workplace.
Today, and this week is a time to promote inclusion, acceptance and gain an understanding of individuals with autism and their needs. We encourage everyone this week to consider how they can ensure their workplaces are inclusive and allow fair opportunities for all.
