Today, on International Woman’s Day we would like to recognise our female clients, candidates and the important work of the ladies in the Workshop Recruitment team.

In a wider context, this year’s theme is Accelerate Action for gender equality.

According to data from the World Economic Forum, if we continue at our current rate of progress, it will take until 2158, to reach full gender parity. Therefore, focusing on the need to Accelerate Action provides a spotlight on the urgency to take decisive steps to achieve gender equality, calling for increased momentum in addressing barriers and biases women face both professionally and personally.

So, together, let’s Accelerate Action to speed up that rate of progress.
