Sophie is a Resourcer in our Construction Division and is often the first point of contact for our trades and labour candidates. She works closely with skilled professionals across the construction sector, helping them find temporary, contract and permanent opportunities that match their experience and career goals. Always on the lookout for new talent, Sophie is continually building relationships with trades and labour candidates to expand our network and ensure we can respond quickly to our clients' requirements. Working closely with the rest of the construction team, she plays a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions and keeping projects fully staffed.
