Sophie is a Recruitment Consultant in our Commercial Division, providing recruitment solutions for permanent, temporary and contract vacancies across a wide range of sectors. She specialises in recruiting for roles including Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Sales and many more, helping businesses find the right talent to support their growth. With a personable and consultative approach, Sophie takes the time to understand the needs of both clients and candidates, ensuring every placement is the right fit. Her commitment to delivering an exceptional recruitment service has enabled her to build strong, lasting relationships and a reputation for providing high-quality candidates across the commercial sector.
Before joining Workshop Recruitment, she ran her own Health and Fitness business, both online and in person for 10 years. Previous to this, in what feels like another lifetime, she performed across the UK and abroad as a singer and dancer.
