Rachel heads up Business Development at Workshop Recruitment, where she is responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our portfolio of valued clients. Working across all five of our specialist divisions, she enjoys building long-term relationships with businesses and understanding the challenges they face when recruiting. With a background in sales and marketing, Rachel is passionate about helping clients find the right staffing solutions, whether for temporary, contract or permanent recruitment. She loves meeting both new and existing clients, taking the time to understand their needs and providing a consultative, relationship-driven approach that helps businesses attract and retain the right talent.
When Rachel isn’t working she loves visiting European cities, playing the piano or enjoying some good food and wine!
