Fin is a Business Development Executive in our Sales Division, where his focus is on generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients across all five of our specialist divisions. Working closely with businesses throughout the region, he takes the time to understand their recruitment needs and identify how Workshop Recruitment can support them. Alongside his business development role, Fin also supports our marketing team, bringing creativity and fresh ideas to our content. He's particularly well known for writing our humorous blog posts, adding a bit of personality and fun while keeping our audience engaged.
