Telesales Sales Executive

Our client, an award-winning service provider is looking for a new team member within the telesales team. You will prospect, qualify and convert opportunities for new solutions customers and to identify additional opportunities for products and services to be up-sold.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and Identify opportunities for new and existing customers

• Manage customer relationships

• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale

• Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and managers

• Delivery of KPI and targets to include volume and profit

• Making outbound calls to businesses to qualify them on their telecoms requirements and as

such creating business solutions

• Cleansing of data on the Company’s database

• Carry out effective account management of existing business and scope out opportunities

for further business

• Working in a target driven, fast-paced environment

• Complying to Ofcom standards by following a scripted sales pitch and proven sales process

• Handling objections whilst maintaining and building customer rapport

• Working in a fast-paced environment and meeting set monthly targets and KPI’s

• Adaptability and initiative

• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
