Sales Executive

£19-23K (£30K+ OTE)

Our client is looking for determined and focused individuals to join their vibrant sales teams at their headquarters in Fareham. Promoting and selling a full range of business mobile solutions, you will be responsible for prospecting new and existing sales from the company database. You will be proactively following up leads, ensuring that targets and KPI`s are met.

As a significantly growing business, they are looking for new team members to learn and develop with them in their new state-of-the-art office.

Your duties will include but not restricted to:

  • Superb customer communication and interpersonal skills, both over the phone and electronically
  • An ability to build strong relationships with customers of all levels, to retain and expand business opportunities
  • Close sales opportunities and renew accounts
  • Self-motivation to identify opportunities to generate new sales
  • Determination to reach targets and agreed KPI`s


No previous sales experience required, however, experience within a professional B2B environment is advantageous.

In return for hard work and commitment, your starting salary will be rewarded with uncapped commission, along with weekly and monthly incentives. To ensure you have all the tools you need to be successful in the role, you will be provided with full training and ongoing support.
