Sales & Marketing Executive

Workshop Recruitment are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to come into focus on developing both new and existing business relationships. This role will be focused predominantly on attracting new business by way of making outbound calls, either by cold calling, from incoming leads or off the back of marketing campaigns. The role will also include managing some existing business relationships as well as new business development. There is flexibility with the hours for this role and are happy to look at full time or part time hours.

Duties

  • Responsible for identifying and contacting clients
  • Expected to identify and qualify new vacancies
  • Undertake client meetings where necessary with the key objective of securing new business
  • Once you secure new clients you will be required to work with your colleagues to ensure that their requirements are met.
  • Someone who is comfortable cold calling and has the drive to hunt down business development leads and convert them in to revenue opportunities.
  • Take on some marketing responsibilities including content, social, website and offline marketing activity.

Skills and Experience

  • Be a self-starter who knows how to identify potential customers and create a client prospect list.
  • Understand sales lead generation and be able to qualify prospects in to genuine client leads.
  • Have expertise in cold calling and in Information probing to establish key contacts and client needs.
  • Be skilled at objection handling, listening skills, client retention and rapport building.
  • Be comfortable meeting B2B clients face to face and leading the meeting.
  • Have excellent Negotiation skills
  • Possess good organisational skills
  • Minimum 2-years track record working in sales or new business development
  • Must have full UK Licence and own car
