An exciting opportunity has arisen for Telesales staff to join a friendly call centre based in Poole. Your role will be outbound appointment setting generated by leads from their current data sources. The candidate will possess excellent communication & negotiation skills and be able to build a rapport with our customers to generate appointments for our field sales agents.
We are looking for positive and enthusiastic people who are motivated to earn above their potential and who are target driven.
Sales experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours and Benefits
Sociable working hours (Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm)
£19-20K base salary along with excellent commission structure
Great working environment in new modern offices with small friendly team
Free onsite parking
Regular staff incentives
In house sales training
20 days paid holiday per year plus bank holidays
