Our client is a high growth software / SAAS business with an impressive client portfolio containing industry leading, global organisations. Due to the huge success of their product they are looking to expand their sales team.

Working in a high performing inside sales team, this role will involve sitting online demonstrations, proposal building, sitting face to face meetings when necessary and negotiating and closing sales. All leads and appointments are provided however you will look to gain referral business where possible. Most of the work will involve inside sales and outside sales, approx. 80/20 split.

The role offers an excellent basic salary dependent on experience along with a commission structure that gives you the opportunity to double your basic salary.

To succeed you will need to demonstrate previous continued success in B2B sales at a senior level ideally to larger SMEs or enterprise clients. You will have strong commercial awareness, be self-motivated, hard-working with a will to win. You will possess a professional and consultative approach to selling, ideally utilising a recognised sales methodology. Experience of inside sales / phone base selling is required. Strong written and verbal communications skills are essential. Candidates must also have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Key Duties:

  • Building rapport and developing relationships with customers via telephone and F2F meetings
  • Conducting on-line demonstrations of our software for prospective clients, outlining the features and benefits our tool can add to their business
  • Arranging customer product evaluations and presenting the trial results to prospective clients
  • Understanding and resolving client queries
  • Negotiation of contractual terms and conditions
  • Ensuring that your individual KPI`s are consistently achieved
  • Working to revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
