Main Duties

  • Be the primary point of contact for OEM accounts.
  • Be the point of contact for the planning team when it comes to commercial decisions.
  • Regular communications for the Businesses Development Team.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets including the renewal of existing contracts, the growth of your customer's contract value, and the acquisition of new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact, providing advice and guidance on relevant products and services.
  • Present recommendations for new solutions and services aligned to the needs of the customer
    Gain knowledge and understand the regulation and trends that provide customers with opportunities and challenge, and how to support customers to meet challenges and achieve their opportunities.
  • Support company operations as required

Knowledge and Skills

  • Previous account management and sales experience is essential
  • Be commercially aware
  • Experience managing key accounts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work closely with stakeholders throughout the business and be able to manage upwards within the organisation
  • Be able to work under pressure and be resilient
