This role is responsible for implementation and execution of the Group brands within omni-channel retail environment with a focus around core categories. You will act as the critical link between our online retailers and internal commercial/marketing functions.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Trade and Brand Marketing execution within the channel
  • In Store and online content, including in store experience/ online visuals
  • Customer data management and insight
  • Manage the implementation of the business plan activation
  • 60% of time based within our retailers driving execution
  • Strong relationship with retailers merchandising, marketing and store operations teams
  • Follow brand guides and implement in line with retailer`s requirements
  • Understand the retailer shopper journey and work with the National Account Manager to deliver fully integrated plan


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ability to network within multiple online retailers
  • Influencing skills to drive execution
  • Track record of delivering detailed projects on time
  • Highly numerate, ability to turn data into information and action
  • Presentation and good interpersonal skills
  • Broad knowledge of UK retail industry
  • Excellent all-round communicator, possessing strong electronic, written and oral communication abilities, with ability to communicate at all levels
  • Current driving licence
  • Experience brand or product marketing experience within FMCG/consumer durables or equivalent
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to analyse, absorb, reflect and respond to data information
  • Graduate Calibre
  • Influences others by effectively articulating perspective / position
  • Prioritises work load and manages own time effectively
  • Shares information and communicates openly with team members
  • Can handle conflict and challenging situations well : Internal and external
