Our client who specialises in providing life insurance products is looking for a new team member to join an existing busy sales team. Supporting the Sales Executives you will be working on new data provided by the company. You will speak to and qualify leads before passing to the Sales Executives to sell the products.

Previous experience in lead generation would be ideal and a professional persona is required.

With a good commission structure you must be driven to hit targets and want to develop in the business in the future.

Duties

  • Receiving data and maintaining accurate records in regards to contact and development
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to qualify requirements
  • Arrange and make call back calls at a time arranged
  • Work well with Sales teams and support as required

Skills and Experience

  • Previous outbound B2C or lead generation experience would be required
  • Be professional and have the ability to follow scripts and guidelines
  • Able to maintain data and reports on KPI’s
  • Be resilient and driven in nature with the ability to work independently

Working hours

9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary

£24,000 basic (OTE £30,000 uncapped)
