Workshop recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for an internal sales executive to join one of our well respected clients who specialise in a very niche market within the manufacturing industry. The company are based near Eastleigh in Hampshire and have been established for over 60 years and continue to grow year on year.

Industry knowledge isn`t an issue as the company understand they are very niche in what they sell but energy and enthusiasm to sell is highly essential. There is plenty of room for growth within the company and training is provided to get you all up to speed.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Contacting prospective clients
  • Creating and maintaining good contact and prospect lists.
  • Keeping the CRM system updated to ensure that it is a database of qualified, quality and accurate leads.
  • Responding to inbound enquiries about the products via telephone and email.
  • Qualifying prospective clients` interests and needs.
  • Working closely with the team to learn about the technology and its applications.
  • Building relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Planning and delivering strategic account-based activities (via phone, email etc.).
  • Ensure all relevant records, electronic and paperwork are completed as per the company`s Quality Management System.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities and should be considered a guide. All reasonable tasks required to fulfil the main objective of the role should be included.

Package

  • £19,000- £24,000
  • Commission
  • 20 days holiday + Bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 5 years` service
  • 38.5 hours per week, worked flexibly between 7am-5pm M-Th and 4.30pm on Friday
