Our client who are based in a Brighton Contact Centre specialise in promoting and enrolling students onto University Master’s and Undergraduate programmes. This role is ideal is you enjoy working in a positive, supportive work environment.
You will make a difference daily in students’ lives by helping them obtain the education they need to succeed in their careers. You will work extensively with students to identify and evaluate students’ goals, ensure enrolment requirements are met, and establish proper expectations.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our courses over the telephone, tailoring solutions, and benefits to our customer base
- Real-time management and conversion of web leads through the pipeline with our university partners
- High volume outbound call management and inbound call handling
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with our customers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Work within a fast-paced sales cycle achieving agreed sales targets and outcomes
- Work within the team, achieving and exceeding goals and targets
- Work as part of a team identifying issues and clearing blockers improving the customer journey and business processes
Prospective applicants should meet the following requirements
- Proven experience as a telephone sales agent or relevant role
- Proven experience of making and handling large number of calls and emails
- A demonstrable knowledge of sales, pipeline management, and best practice
- Receptive to training, feedback, and coaching
- Task completion driven, high attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills
- Must have basic computer skills which includes MS Office Suite
- A good understanding of customer journeys and your role within that
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem solver
- Focus on a positive customer experience

Required experience
Experience in a sales and contact/call centre role
Experience in high-volume, high-quality customer service
Salary
£26,000.00 PA + Uncapped Commission + Team Bonus
Working Hours
Office opens 8.00AM to 8.00PM Monday to Friday
You will work 7.5 Hours per day during these hours
