Theatre Practitioner - Northamptonshire

I am currently looking for a Theatre Practitioner to support the Operating Department, within a hospital in Northampton. You will be assisting in the management and organisation of care, whilst managing a delegated team.
Come and join a fantastic team, where career progression and development is realistic, with opportunities to pick and choose specialist qualifications to study and gain.

Salary £30,000
Hours: 36 per week : 8:00am to 8:00pm
Shift Monday to Friday occasional Saturday

To be considered for this role, you will:
Be a Practitioner registered with NMC or HPC
Approved/recognised anaesthetic course
Orthopaedic experience would be advantageous for your application
Have worked in partnership with Consultants to explore and challenge existing practices while maintaining and enhancing services and standards

Your duties as Theatre Practitioner will include:
Respect the patient`s dignity, privacy, wishes and beliefs.
Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self
To provide quality planned care for patients during their perioperative phase of care
To contribute to quality improvement
