Senior Theatre Practitioner - Hospital Theatre Department - Orthopaedic

A position has become available within a small private hospital in Northampton, Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK wide group, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country

They`re looking for a Senior Theatre Practitioner to cover a flexible shift pattern 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Saturday, and your starting hourly rate will be from around £18.97 per hour.

Shift pattern is 8am : 8pm.

Some of your main roles and responsibilities may include:
Deliver safe quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care.
Contribute to quality improvement
Teaching and supporting students
Provide quality planned care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care by ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care

Candidate requirements:
Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
BN Adult Nursing degree or Diploma of Higher Education Operating Department Practice ODP
Good communication skills
Mentorship qualification
ILS
Previous experiencing managing and leading a clinical team
