Our client is the destination website for home furniture and furnishings that allows you to search an incredible choice of furniture products across the retail marketplace, all in one place. It is a new way to search, discover, compare and purchase furniture and furnishings online.

As a PPC Executive you will be responsible for creating and driving the best possible PPC campaigns. This will be achieved through developing best-in-class ad copy, optimising all campaigns, working across a mixture of paid search, display and paid social. You will monitor and track performance using commercial KPI’s and continually improve the campaigns through key insights gained.

You will be driven and excited by the business targets. You will join a growing marketing team and be a key element of the team, you will naturally possess a strong sense of ownership for meeting your deliverables – tracking performance to plan continually and naturally approaching your role with an entrepreneurial mind-set to ensure the business targets are achieved at all times. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and enjoy driving business results. This role reports to the Performance Marketing Manager and will work closely with Head of SEO and Analytics.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define, execute, and measure biddable media campaigns, ensuring all commercial and customer metrics are delivered
  • Optimising campaigns by adjusting bids for keywords, devices and audiences
  • Apply creativity through writing ad copy to continually increase performance.
  • Develop test/learn/test plans to successfully drive PPC campaign results in the digital marketing arena
  • Own the testing of new API’s and Google Ads beta
  • Manage workload across multiple biddable media projects including Google Ads, Bing and Facebook
  • Measure success of campaigns through development of analysing and reporting out where enhancements can be made
  • Conduct insightful market and competitor analysis to fully understand the dynamics of the market
  • Work to develop and drive improved efficiencies and client processes
  • Proactively keep abreast of the latest biddable media trends to apply in the business where applicable
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager to deliver digital strategy and collaborate with wider marketing team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous PPC experience is essential, 1-2 years
  • Strong knowledge of Google Adwords and other search engine platforms
  • Knowledge and experience in developing biddable media strategies and executing these
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented role
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to think through, and deliver, exceptional end-to-end customer experience
  • Data/results driven, meticulous, resourceful and efficient
  • Certificated in both Google AdWords and Analytics would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of change and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Proactive at developing and suggesting new ideas
  • Curious nature, not afraid to use own initiative find solutions to problems
