Responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of marketing campaigns and specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining business websites, updating pages with new information and liaising with web developer. Regularly reviewing pages for consistency, quality and pricing.
  • Creating market specific and general ecampaigns with relevant and vibrant content. Creating and updating a schedule of ecampaigns by date and market sector. Maintaining a database of contacts which complies with GDPR and all other regulations.
  • Co-ordinating and developing Adword campaigns : Monitoring performance of campaigns, in conjunction with product and company specific strategies. Reporting on effectiveness of each campaign.
  • Social media : Organise and maintain a professional and engaging Social media presence across all relevant platforms.
  • Competitor Analysis : Create and maintain a database of competitors with relevant pricing schedules, that can be used to analyse our own inventory, and utilise with Adword campaigns.
  • Market research : Undertake research for new product development to encompass the competitive space, identify possible suppliers, and analyse potential scope of sales and profit margins.
  • Provide input into all aspects of marketing and how we may effectively engage with clients and prospects better.
  • Undertake special projects where necessary, which would include
  • Maintain ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION : Keeping systems and procedures up to date, monitoring and reporting on issues. Provide regular reports, meetings to directors and organise renewal of certification where necessary (Training can be given)
  • Maintain internal systems


Hours are 9-5 with half hour for lunch Monday to Friday
