Reporting to the CRM and Events Manager you will hope own the events strategy and ensure all activities are planned and delivered on budget to support the company`s overall sales and marketing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, budget and co-ordinate all Events & Exhibitions
  • Manage all events incl. stand design, booking space, confirming attendance, booking hotel rooms and meeting rooms as required, organising customer events
  • Research new Events and Exhibitions and make proposals in line with the Sales and Marketing strategies which increase our presence and generate new Sales and opportunities
  • Where required, attend UK and International Events & Exhibitions
  • Ensure all exhibition leads are accurate, uploaded to the CRM database and added to campaigns for further promotion
  • Support the Marketing Department with the introduction of new products : not limited to events and exhibitions
  • Provide regular reporting on all Marketing activities run through CRM and ROI against set KPIs to help measure and plan future Marketing activities
  • Assist in scoping and running online events (webinars), collecting leads/attendee details and importing to CRM to be used in future campaigns and events
  • Assist with roll-out of partner programs and loyalty schemes
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to deliver engaging customer communications



Skills ands Experience:

  • Essential previous work experience in managing Events and large-scale Exhibitions
  • Ideally CIM qualified or studying towards qualifications in Marketing or other relevant qualification at degree level
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
  • Excellent customer skills and used to dealing with customers
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively - both internally and externally
  • Highly creative and ability to bring new ideas
  • High attention to detail
  • Organised and able to work independently, prioritise workloads and manage multiple conflicting deadlines
  • Proactive and ability to take responsibility for work and tasks
  • Works well within a team, has a positive ‘can-do` attitude and a drive to succeed as a team
