Campaign Marketing Manager

The role of Marketing Manager is critical to the overall brand strategy, this role will require a creative mind, with excellent content creation skills and knowledge of offline and digital marketing. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to create strategic marketing plan, adapting to new opportunities throughout the year to achieve agreed objectives and KPIs

Duties of Marketing Manager

  • Manage the creation & collation of information for the concept brief for seasonal campaigns working with buying and product teams
  • Devise content plan linked to the brand, season, agreed campaign, customer moments and key products/stories working with ecommerce and social media teams to ensure consistent channel messaging and customer engagement
  • Own relationships with collaboration partners for seasonal campaigns
  • Manage content creation and distribution for seasonal catalogue, in-store POS, gift cards and video including copy writing & outsourcing of creative to agreed plan
  • React to weekly trading plan, including incorporating promotions into the seasonal campaign
  • Work closely with production and retail teams, delivering in-store and larger brand events
  • Own relationship with PR agency as well as relationships with key media contacts
  • As Marketing Manager, you will coach and develop small team of direct reports
  • Management of budget for all offline marketing activity

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience at marketing manager level : 4 years+
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Experience managing a budget line preferable
  • A background in retail or ecommerce will be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and prioritise workload, with an excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to create and execute activity that engage customers
  • A clear and articulate communicator, at all levels
  • Creative, with a strong passion for the brand
  • Strong team player, able to work cross-functionally & build internal & external relationships
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent people management skills : able to lead a team and give direction
