Brand Content Communications Manager

This role is responsible for planning the content calendar and delivering the digital assets the audience is looking for. You will then optimize the path from discovery to conversion through the digital journey.
In order to do this, you will develop and share with markets a quarterly content plan covering Hero, Hub and Help elements with objectives and KPIs for each feature. You will produce editorial and advertising assets as laid out in the content plan.

Main Responsibilities:

- Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel
- Co-ordinate the development of campaigns and brand assets eg: storytelling, video content, banner advertising, campaign landing pages, recipes, lifestyle photography etc.
- Provide support materials to assist markets in identifying and working with external partners (Bloggers, and Influencers etc) to enhance brand equity.
- Up load content on server / TM web site / image library (when necessary) for archives.
- Clearly list the deliverables for centrally created content and indicate local responsibility to ensure a relevant and well-co-ordinated plan is published
- Collaborates with NPD, local markets and wider Marketing teams to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
- Provide monthly reports on competitor activity to ensure brand communication uniqueness and new opportunities
- Ensure content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Marketing, content and communication background essential
- Good knowledge of digital marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Good ability with PC software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photo Shop)
- Proactive
- Good capacity to listen, critique and evaluate creative
- Organised, confident and able to prioritise and work under pressure
