Support specific marketing activities across multiple brands and therapy areas in line with the overall strategic marketing plan.

Responsibilities

  • Become the primary point of contact for sales teams to ensure they have everything required to meet sales objectives
  • Work with agency partners to develop marketing materials in line with the overall marketing strategy and industry regulations
  • Assist in the development of robust tactical plans with support as required from senior marketing / sales personnel
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of all materials
  • Proactively maintain a high level of knowledge regarding UK marketplace and therapy area(s)
  • Ensure that plans and activities comply with company standards and the ABPI Code of Practice and contribute to the monitoring of compliance with such codes across the business
  • Make recommendations to improve marketing activities based on brand-specific objectives and KPIs
  • Assist with planning and delivery of quarterly sales team meetings and product training
  • Assist with planning and delivery of company-wide exhibition stands at key conferences
  • Input into the strategy development and tactical execution for new product launches
  • Manage log of competitor activities and communications to inform new and existing marketing activities


Profile

  • Degree-level education (preferably in life sciences or clinical field)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with large groups of sales personnel both directly and in writing
  • Experience working in marketing
  • High levels of numeracy, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to see projects through to completion
  • Proactive self-starter, adept at working as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
