To be successful I this role you must be very confident introducing a business on the telephone and via email means. Be confident sitting numerous business meetings via teams weekly and as required attend visits to clients for face to face meetings.
Reporting to the Head of Sales your responsibilities include…
Understand, monitor & take ownership of own KPI performance.
Raise any concerns internally with a solution led approach, identifying ways to deliver positive outcomes to KPI and performance.
Effectively liaising and building rapport with prospects, playing a lead role in appointment calls in a professional manner.
Quality of calls is consistently high, you are able to identify which areas of your calls need developing and improving, seek support / guidance / training where required and make positive changes which improve your calls, your pitch and your results.
Effective creation of high-quality branded proposals, including and understanding the client’s requirements.
Building, managing, and converting your sales pipeline to revenue through regular and consistent live/lapsed prospect contact.
Understanding prospect businesses and deal with decision makers and managerial levels to advise value/insights.
Effective, productive CRM usage and good general IT skills.
Skills, Knowledge an ability…
Previous business development and proposal experience dealing directly with management and decision makers
Understanding of the sales process, developing pipelines and building relationships
High levels of motivation and initiative, able to positively respond to all feedback given, taking ownership and proactive in asking for support.
Acting professional at all times, demonstrating good organisational and timekeeping skills.
Salary
£36,000 + good commission structure
Working Hours
8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday
8.30am – 3pm Friday’s
