Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Website Design, UX and UI Specialist to join a leading SaaS company.
We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual with experience of all aspects relating to website design, UX and UI. The successful candidate will take a lead role in advising and guiding our clients to success, acting as an internal company consultant for our wide-ranging customer base, the successful candidate will be able to take technical website concepts and terminology, articulating into digestible business messages, in the relevant language relating to each client`s industry. An ability to understand the website strategy and goals of each client will be essential, and experience of working with websites across a variety of sectors will be advantageous.
Role Responsibilities
Review client websites and devise recommendations to improve conversion rates, UX and UI
Produce and present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders
Using a WYSIWYG editor, develop customized personalizations within the company for clients
Host in person and online workshops with clients around website goals and how to reach those goals with the company
Become a company evangelist, and expert
Conduct research relating to client industries, keywords and themes, website traffic and SEO reach
Articulate research into succinct informative reports with tangible recommendations
Monitor website performance against client goals, pro-actively adjusting to ensure success
Present the status and success of all projects to internal stakeholders
Take pro-active accountability and ownership for ensuring improvements in website conversions
Experience & Key Skills Required
Experience of working in the field of website design, UX and UI
Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization and website personalization
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Moz etc)
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Experience of working with clients, managing expectations and working to deadlines and deliverables
Experience of presenting face to face and in written form to senior stakeholders
Previously held a website/online marketing role either within an agency or corporate environment (2 years+ experience)
Thorough understanding of analytics and conversion
Able to work efficiently in a target driven environment
Lively, upbeat, self-motivated, organised, and a good communicator
Enjoy a challenge and determined to succeed
An ability to conduct in-depth analysis, think laterally and pivot according to the results seen
A keenness and ability to understand different client`s goals and the nuances between industries
Possess a ‘can-do` attitude, and an ability to think on your feet
Strong attention to detail
