Quality Improvement Manager : Nurse Qualified

I am currently looking for a Quality Manager to cover the West midlands for a large and very successful national Nursing and care provider. You will implement the strategic quality plan to ensure there is a quality driven culture across the business within the west Midands area whilst driving quality improvement and operational excellence.

The job Role
•The person we are looking for will have experience working in a senior quality role, be able to drive and lead quality and compliance across the West Midlands region
•They will challenge and improve services, whilst working with internal and external pressures.
•Ensure `Best Practice` is shared throughout the region
•Be involved with Commissioner and CQC inspections as required.
•To liaise with all external registration bodies e.g. CQC.
•To ensure all policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively within the region
•Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and requirements.
•Lead in the development and delivery of Quality training for staff.

The Successful candidate must
•You will be an experienced Quality improvement Manager and live within the Midlands area.
•You will be a Registered Nurse RGN or RMN
•Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
•Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements/legislation/guidance and best practice
•Experience of writing policies and procedures
