Our client is a leading provider of appliance repair and maintenance services, specializing in white goods such as washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we are seeking a talented White Goods Engineer to join our team and help us continue to deliver top-notch service to their clients.

Day to Day role responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing white goods appliances, including washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and more.

• Conducting routine maintenance and preventive checks on appliances to prevent future issues.

• Providing exceptional customer service by explaining repair options and solutions clearly.

• Ordering and replacing faulty parts, as needed.

• Maintaining accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

What you need to do this role:

• Proven experience as a White Goods Engineer (ideally be gas safe).

• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of appliance issues.

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time.

• Valid driver's license with no more than 6 points

Benefits:

• Salary £28K - £35 depending on experience

• Tools, van, fuel card, PPE, uniform, mobile

• Pension 3% match with either Nest or your chosen provider

• £1,000 bonus upon completion of your 6 months’ probation

• Monday to Friday working week – No out of hours call outs

• Early finish on Friday

• Birthday off

• Performance bonus
